Booking the Degree Exam in emergency COVID-19

Dear Student,
the deadline for submitting the form for booking the degree exam is from 1 to 15 of the month preceding that of the graduation session, therefore, for the May degree, you must submit the form, without delay, from 1 to 15 April.
Unfortunately, with reference to the health emergency that affects us, it is not possible, at the moment, to deliver this documentation to the counter.
Therefore, you can deliver it by sending scanned filled form, by means of the e-mail serviceac, cording to the attached forms, please, indicate in the email object the degree name surname and student number.

– application, attached, duly filled in and signed, accompanied by a stamp of 16€ or alternatively with a payment receipt for the same amount of bulletin present on Segrepass to replace it;
– identification document;
– declaration of conformity and reservation of delivery of the originals at the end of the medical emergency, under penalty of revocation of the preliminary investigation of his request.
P.N.: The declaration that you must send together with the application and the identification document, is a declaration made by you, addressed to the Student Secretariat, in which you certify, in addition to the conformity of the documents, which you are now sending by email, to those originals, who will take care of delivering the aforementioned original documents, to our offices, at the end of the COVID emergency, under penalty of revocation of the preliminary investigation of the procedure in question.
